Club Wyndham, Desert Blue
Club Wyndham Desert Blue is a stylish, contemporary resort located close to everything Las Vegas has to offer. With studio, one, two or three bedroom deluxe suites and one, two, three or four bedroom presidential suites with all the amenities you will find for your comfort and enjoyable experience in Las Vegas.
Once the project was restarted after construction was halted for several years, the challenge was to ensure that previous designs would match construction and to work with a project that would be developed in multiple phases.
During bidding and CAD review, it became clear that after the 5 year moratorium, the individuals with first hand project knowledge were no longer available. The best solution given a tight installation schedule was to commit our factory production manager to measuring and assigning items to every suite…completely rebooting the project from scratch using the original design. This investment allowed for subsequent phases to come online without issue.
For this project, we produced all casegoods, including made to measure headboards with returns, sconces and nightstands (incorporating specified stone, metal components, and mother of pearl inlay).
