Project Orientation
Focused engagement at the earliest stages of a project has an enormous impact on overall project success.
We work hard at the quoting stage to ensure:
- All products, components, and COM quantities are accounted for
- Options are included with clear descriptions to distinguish any deviation from the original specification
- Appropriate packaging, freight, duties, and taxes are all included
- Submittals are made on time and as instructed

Thorough and transparent quoting protects all stakeholders from ambiguity, confusion, and miscommunication.
All projects begin with:
- A kick-off meeting between all parties to establish clear communication and capture all project details up front
- Clearly defined milestone planning, including deliverables required from all parties
- Highly collaborative and proactive CAD, finish sample, and component approval process to minimize revisions and protect schedule
- Priority item planning to deliver according to installation schedule
Pre-production Planning
The idea here is simple: measure twice and cut once.
Our process & infrastructure leave nothing to chance:
- A complete pre-production sample for every SKU to work out any design/construction challenges prior to full production
- Biscayne staff on site at all of our factories to closely manage production on a daily basis
- Robust quality control systems designed to identify and mitigate risk in a custom manufacturing environment
- Direct client communication with our on-site production team to facilitate real-time updates and close coordination with design & purchasing teams
Full Production

Our dedicated logistics team is at your service:
- Proprietary container loading software to maximize efficiency and minimize your shipping cost
- Contract grade packaging made to withstand heavy loads and long-distance movement
- Clear, concise, and accurate reporting on transit status per SKU
- Long-standing relationships with all major shipping lines – we know how to plan around port congestion, prioritize our containers for fast offloading, and take alternate routes when necessary
Logistics
From our factory floor to your door – we handle with care.
We stand behind you every step of the way:
- Complete ownership of effective coordination with warehouse team, installation team, and property operations team
- Pre-delivery meetings to review installation sequencing, installation instructions, specific movement considerations/accommodations, and coordination with other trades.
- Biscayne implementation staff on site at installation kick-off to support installation and property operations teams
- Mobile service teams nationwide to provide touch-up and repair services as requested.
Implementation
Our dedicated implementation team has a single purpose: to ensure the successful outcome of every project.
We always have your back:
- A general warranty on all products we deliver under normal use
- An expert service team available to assist with any issues, via meeting or site-visit
- Touch-up service as requested.
