Our clients know that they don’t have to worry because we do everything we can to alleviate anxiety. Our sales, operations, and production teams work together seamlessly to manage every detail of the project. From initial concept, through design, manufacturing, and final delivery, we pride ourselves on having open and continuous communications with our clients so that they are fully apprised of project status every step of the way. If an issue does arise, our clients know that we will work diligently to address and resolve it collaboratively.

For this reason, we’ve invested in more operations personnel than in sales staff to ensure that we have sufficient operational support to manage all details of every project we take on. That is also why we employ our own sales team, who are intimately aware of Biscayne’s processes and procedures, and are also on-point throughout the implementation of the project to bring their knowledge and ensure success.

In order to keep your trust, we take product quality to heart. We have extensive documented quality processes with our factories. We also have local Biscayne quality managers at our factories to review product quality and continually improve quality processes… ultimately ensuring clients needs are being met.
